Vote by Mail: Election 2020

Editorial illustration visual response to the countrywide voter disenfranchisement and suppression during the 2020 election.

Voting is a right and a responsibility that all citizens share; in fact, the United States government requires that all eligible citizens register to vote, and states require individuals to vote in person. Voting can be a very important part of our democracy, but participation rates have been falling over the past few decades.

If everyone registered to vote and turned up at the polls on election day, it could lead to more democratic representation and better outcomes for communities across the country.
